How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our processing time for orders is 1-3 business days, and shipping can take up to 1-5 business days, depending on which shipping carrier and option you choose at checkout.

Does Ken'z Strandz ship to my country?

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and France. Please feel free to contact us via email at info@kenzstrandz.com or through DM on Instagram/Twitter @kenzstrandz to request to add your country to our shipping zone.

Can I use the Mineral Masque on relaxed hair?

Our Mineral Masque is safe to use on relaxed hair. If your hair is relaxed, we recommend covering your hair with a plastic cap while using the Mineral Masque.

Can men use Ken'z Strandz products?

Absolutely! Our products are formulated for coarser hair textures that includes any gender! Additionally, our products are lightly fragranced at 2% or less, if you are concerned about an overwhelming scent.

Can I use Ken'z Strandz products on my locs?

We recommend our Hibiscus and Ginseng Rejuvenating Flower Nectar to use on your scalp or the length of your locs. In order to avoid buildup, we would not recommend using our Goodness! in a Jar Butters with locs due to its thicker texture. Lastly, one or two scoops of our Hibiscus and Ginseng Rejuvenating Mineral Masque will be an excellent addition to a loc detox bath. We recommend a thin watery mixture when using our Mineral Masque on locs, opposed to being a thick creamy texture typically used on loose hair.

Does Ken'z Strandz offer product bundles?

Yes! We currently have a full product set that includes each product we currently offer: Hibiscus + Ginseng Rejuvenating Flower Nectar, Hibiscus + Ginseng Rejuvenating Mineral Masque, Mango Goodness! in a Jar, and Shea Goodness! in a Jar.

We also have a duo set of both our Goodness! in a Jar butters!

Can I use the Mineral Masque on colored hair?

Because colored hair comes in a variety of circumstances (i.e. permanent, semi-permanent etc.) We recommend testing a small patch of your hair before using on your entire head as the clays naturally draws out toxins from the hair shaft and scalp, while the hibiscus can leave a very slight hue of red or purple if used on extremely light hair.
